Carlos is an utter dis-pleasurable person to deal with. If you can choose any other office if you have to get insurance through Co-Operators then that would be a good idea. He and his staff have no compassion towards the customer nor offer any professionalism in the way they operate. If they make a mistake then you as the customer is held at fault and it is your responsibility to chase after them to get it fixed.
