She explained the insurance information quite clearly so we can understand, because most of the time insurance information is hard to understand. She give a good breakdown as to what the policy contains and we really understand what we signed up for. Good job and thank you very much. You need more people like Ngan!

I had the amazing pleasure of having Stephen Coons visit my house today to explain to me about the legal will kit and the safety kits for my children. He was amazing at explaining things to me and showing me what I need to do in order to get my legal will kit done and the saftey kits for my boys. He was awesome and very friendly and explained things so that I would understand.

Jaro came by at a convenient time for me and adequately answered my questions about the child safety kits and some insurance plans as well. He also showed a few videos and explained those nicely too. Very friendly with my dog and kids, and didn't make me feel pressured. Good stuff.
